How Reconcilia AI, LLC handles information from visitors, prospects, customers, and users.

We may collect account, contact, organization, support, usage, integration, and financial-source metadata needed to provide and secure the service. Customer financial content belongs to the customer and is processed to deliver the product.
We use information to operate Reconcilia, authenticate users, provide support, improve product quality, maintain audit trails, protect the service, and communicate about sales or onboarding. With your optional consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public marketing pages using page paths; it does not receive form contents or customer workspace data from this integration.
When you use AI features, relevant prompts and workflow data may be sent to the AI provider configured for your workspace to produce a response. Review AI-generated results before relying on them.
We may use infrastructure, authentication, hosting, support, analytics, communication, or AI providers to operate the service. We do not sell customer financial data.
We retain information as needed for service operation, legal obligations, security, auditability, and customer instructions. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a finance operations platform.
