Agree on an initial workflow, supported sources, validation responsibilities and launch criteria. Your team provides authorized source access, prepares data and validates mappings and financial results. We confirm the included assistance before work begins.

Merchant settlement integrations are developed for customers at no additional development charge when the provider offers an accessible API with the required data. Scope and delivery timing are agreed before development. Historical cleanup or migration, bespoke reports, unsupported formats, ERP customization, and additional training are scoped separately. Third-party platform charges and AI usage remain separate; Reconcilia covers Stripe Financial Connections charges.

Enterprise

With Enterprise, Reconcilia builds and implements the agreed ERP, bank, and other business system integrations. We agree on source access, responsibilities, and acceptance milestones together. Initial go-live is agreed with the platform administrator. Third-party platform charges are separate.
